Terms and Conditions of Course Bookings

Cancellations

If you cancel your course fifteen (15) working days before the commencement of the course you can be refunded 100% of your course fee, minus any costs incurred for the booking (materials sent out*, manuals printed**, etc).

If you cancel ten (10) working days before the commencement of the course you can be refunded 50% of your course fee, minus any costs incurred for the booking (materials sent out*, manuals printed**, etc).  Alternatively you can transfer your course to an alternate date within three months of the original scheduled date.

Any cancellations within 9 working days of the commencement of the course are non-refundable and non transferrable.

Any course specials are non-refundable and non transferrable, no matter when the cancellation occurs.

*   Postage as well as the cost of the package sent out will be charged, plus £15 admin fee.
** Any printed manuals are priced at £10 + VAT.
