DESCRIPTION

PRINCE2™ (PRoject IN Controlled Environments) is a project management methodology designed to ensure that a project meet its objectives, within constraints and delivers stated benefits.

This 2 day PRINCE2 Practitioner Conversion training course is designed to provide you with a detailed understanding of the PRINCE2 Objective Practitioner Examination.

This will be achieved during the PRINCE2 training course by a working through a sample paper covering 11 topics designed to prepare you for the PRINCE2 Practitioner Examination.

Pre-Course Prince 2 Practitioner Conversion Reading
Delegates attending this PRINCE2 practitioner conversion training course will receive a copy of the PRINCE2 Manual and a pre-course Workbook prior to attending. It is strongly advised that delegates begin the pre-course work and reading no later than 3 weeks prior to the training course start date.
