DURATION 5 days
PREREQUISITES Delegates attendting this PRINCE2 Practitioner training course will need to complete the pre course reading list provided prior to attending the course. Although not essential some project managment experience will be of benefit.
DESCRIPTION

This 5 day course PRINCE2 training course is designed to provide you with a detailed understanding of the PRINCE2 approach and the ability to apply the method to your own working environment.

This will be achieved during the PRINCE2 training course by a combination of slide presentations and scenario based work, designed to prepare you for the PRINCE2 Foundation Examination and the Objective PRINC2 Practitioner Examination.

PRINCE2™ (PRoject IN Controlled Environments) is a project management methodology designed to ensure that a project meet its objectives, within constraints and delivers stated benefits.

Pre-Course Work and Reading
Delegates attending the PRINCE2 Practitioner Training Course will receive a copy of the PRINCE2 Manual and a pre-course Workbook prior to attending. It is strongly advised that delegates begin the pre-course work and reading no later than 3 weeks prior to the course start date.
